Site your next campus with power already secured

We match high-density AI workloads to sites where power, cooling and permitting have been assessed together. Tell us your requirement and we come back with what is actually available.

Where we are focused

Three markets, three different power stories

Each market has its own power, permitting and delivery profile, and that is usually what decides a timeline. The sites published below sit inside these markets.

United States

Texas, Georgia — grid-adjacent, fastest energization

Sourcing
Energy profile
Grid-adjacent capacity with the shortest route to power
Site capacity range
2–20 MW

Europe

Nordics, Iberia — hydro and wind, longer permitting

Sourcing
Energy profile
Hydro and wind, with longer permitting timelines
Site capacity range
2–20 MW

United Arab Emirates

Abu Dhabi, Dubai — sovereign capacity, high density

Opening
Energy profile
Sovereign capacity built for high-density deployment
Site capacity range
2–20 MW

How it works

From parcel to assessment in four steps

The request takes about five minutes and costs nothing. Nothing commits you to develop.

  1. Share your site

Location, parcel size and whether a grid interconnection agreement is already in place.

  2. Confirm power

Available megawatts, substation status and how long until power can actually be delivered.

  3. Set the energy mix

Grid, renewable or hybrid supply, plus any PPA. This drives the ESG score and carbon figure.

  4. Get your assessment

An ESG grade, estimated annual revenue and concrete next steps — at no cost, with no obligation.

FAQ

Questions land owners ask

What does 'energization' mean?

The date power can actually be delivered to the site. It is the constraint that most often decides a data centre timeline, which is why it is listed on every site card.

Do I need a PPA already in place?

No. A Power Purchase Agreement improves your ESG score and reduces residual emissions, but the assessment works either way and will show you the difference.

What is a Core versus Expansion node?

Core nodes are fully energized and operating today. Expansion nodes are contracted and under construction. Edge nodes serve latency-sensitive workloads closer to users.

How is the ESG score calculated?

From your energy mix, PPA status and available capacity. The letter grade, carbon footprint in tCO2e per year and renewable ratio update live as you change inputs during the assessment.

Is the assessment binding?

No. It is a feasibility indication at no cost. Nothing commits you to develop, lease or sell.
