Who is responsible

AmeriCore operates this website and decides how the information described below is used.

For anything in this notice, write to dragonbridgeventures@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the request form, plus the minimum needed to operate an account:

  • Company name, contact name, email address and phone number, when you fill them in.
  • The services you tick as being interested in, and any capacity, timeline, budget, location or use-case detail you choose to add.
  • The page you submitted the form from, so we can reply with the right context.
  • If you create an account: your sign-in identity and session, handled by our authentication provider.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers or any special category of personal data anywhere on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare and manage the resulting deal. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent a request.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the service providers that run the website, our authentication and our email — each acting on our instructions only. If your enquiry involves a site owner, a supplier or a financing partner, we tell you before we share anything with them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a signed agreement are kept for as long as that agreement and the applicable record-keeping rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to object to a particular use or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Send any of these requests to dragonbridgeventures@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
